All orders ship next business day from our location in California USA. Most orders will arrive in 2-5 business days.
We currently ship to the United States only. Please note that we ceased international shipping due to the COVID19 pandemic. We plan to resume international shipping eventually.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 2-5 business days. (Monday to Friday). Order handling time is 0 - 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customerservice@beyburst.com.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
